PENYERS offers an excellent opportunity to hire people who are actively trying to make career dreams a reality.

We offer a no-cost education training program to help young people ages 18 – 50 improve the quality of life through educational and individualize coaching programs.

Our program is the first of its kind in New York City by bridging the insurance industry's gap by allowing our youth to build a career or their own business in the community.

Through their training with PENYERS, youth and an adult gets an introduction to the insurance industry, learn how to manage risks, marketing and selling insurance, learn about the different issues in auto insurance, and how to operate an insurance agency.
